First Day!

Hi Blog,

Just want to note down that this entry is named "First Day" for two reasons. The more exciting one is that we are the proud owners of a fabulous house in Cupertino as of today! The second one is obviously today is the first day I write on this blog.

I've created many many blogs relating to different stages of my life. Grad school, wedding planning, babies and now kitchen experiments. Some were quite complete and some ended eventually. This one was created because I, a scientist, cannot live with unrecorded experiments anymore. I have been obsessively trying recipes, mainly from Cooks Illustrated, since I moved to CA and became a stay at home mom (to twin girls). I love those recipes, but there are no "readers reviews" on that site. While most recipes there are well tested and great, I don't always like the outcome. So here it is. I will keep a record of my experiments, the results and what I would do differently the next time.

Now the fun begins.
